Agri-Ecological Policy, Human Capital and Agricultural Green Technology Progress

Agri-ecological policy and human capital are important factors affecting agricultural green technology progress (AGTP), but the related research is relatively insufficient. This paper contributes to existing through new insights on effect of agri-ecological AGTP, using as a moderating variable. We use Super-efficiency SBM-DEA model measure AGTP in 30 provinces China during 2000–2019, two-way fixed effects analyze nonlinear role capital. The results show that there “U”-shaped relationship between where plays positive role.
